Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: April 9, 2025
At Riitara Wellness, each session is thoughtfully prepared with care, expertise, and dedicated time. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our team, we request that you review the following booking, refund, and cancellation guidelines.
Advance Booking Deposit
- A non-refundable advance payment of 30% of the selected service price is required to confirm any appointment.
- This advance is adjustable against your final bill and is applicable once per appointment.
Final Payment
- The remaining balance for your selected service will be payable at the centre after your session.
Rescheduling Appointments
- While the advance deposit is non-refundable, it can be transferred to a new appointment date if you inform us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may not be accommodated.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
- If you do not arrive for your appointment without prior notice, the session will be marked as a no-show, and the advance will be forfeited.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to conduct the session, it will also be considered a no-show, and the advance will not be refunded.
Specialised Services
A 30% advance payment is required based on the price of the selected service.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the advance deposit.
Any rebooking after a same-day cancellation will require a new advance payment.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
- All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via phone call or WhatsApp.
- Requests sent through automated emails, forms, or text replies will not be considered valid.
Refund Policy
- Advance deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
- No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or same-day cancellations.
- Expect for the one’s in packages and take the – Life happens / Tiny Humans exception / Medical Emergency (as per terms mentioned in packages)

Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Booking
Appointments are confirmed only after:
- Successful scheduling
- Package/session availability
- Payment confirmation (if applicable)
2. Standard Cancellation Rule (Adult Services)
- Cancel/reschedule minimum 24 hours prior.
- Late cancellation → session deducted.
3. Pediatrics “Tiny Humans” Exception
For Baby Hydrotherapy & Toddler Consults:
- Reschedule allowed up to 3 hours prior
- Valid for illness or vaccination reaction
No penalty.
4. Riitara Flexi-Care Exceptions
Every experience at RIITARA is guided by a simple yet profound philosophy:
a) Medical Emergency
- Notify at least 2 hours prior.
- Session rescheduled (not cancelled).
- Must be used within 7 days.
- No refund.
b) “Life Happens” Pass
Each package includes:
- One complimentary late cancellation
- Valid for non-medical reasons
(traffic, nanny issue, exhaustion, childcare, etc.) - No session deduction
No refund.
