About This Service

What Is Lactation Support?

Lactation Support at Riitara is built on one simple belief: feeding your baby should feel natural, not overwhelming. Yet for so many mothers, the early days of breastfeeding are filled with uncertainty, pain, and self-doubt. This is where Riitara’s IBCLC – certified lactation consultant provides the clear, compassionate guidance that makes the difference.

Sessions address latch challenges, low milk supply worries, painful feeds, tongue tie concerns, pumping strategies, bottle introduction, and returning-to-work transitions. As babies grow, support extends to the introduction of solids and building healthy eating habits step by step – without pressure or rigid timelines.

The approach is rooted in observation – reading the baby’s cues, understanding the mother’s body, and building parental confidence from the very first session. Both mother and baby leave feeling supported, confident, and nurtured.

Meet Dr. Neha Dwivedi

MBBS, Lady Hardinge Medical College • BPNI Certified IYCF Specialist & Lactation Expert • Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator

Dr. Neha works with families during the earliest and often most uncertain phase of parenting – feeding and settling into life with a newborn. Her sessions are built around reassurance and clarity, helping mothers understand what is normal, what needs support, and how to respond without anxiety.

She guides mothers through latch challenges, low milk supply worries, painful feeds, pumping, bottle introduction and returning-to-work transitions. As babies grow, she also supports parents in beginning solids and building healthy eating habits step by step, without pressure.

Rather than strict routines, her approach focuses on observing the baby, reading cues and helping parents feel confident in their own instincts.

At Riitara, she supports families from pregnancy preparation to weaning, making feeding feel calmer, simpler and more natural for both mother and child.
